Marian Head and Gail Hoag
Marian Head and Gail Hoag had been friends for 20 years before making Mannatech a part of their lives. They discovered Mannatech’s business opportunity in 1996 after using the company’s products and experiencing positive results. When Gail and Marian realized they could build a business around Mannatech, they knew selling the quality wellness products would provide successful careers.
“Mannatech was the perfect choice for us. We started using the products and loved the results, so we knew the business aspect would prove successful,” says Marian.
Balancing corporate careers with children and their personal lives became a challenge, but with Mannatech, the two friends now have the flexibility to focus on the most important thing in their lives - their families.
“We started our careers in the business world as corporate consultants, but wanted a way to wrap our business around our lives, rather than wrapping our lives around our business,” says Gail.
Today, Gail and Marian enjoy a healthy work-life balance because of Mannatech’s opportunity and resources for a better quality of life. Gail now enjoys spending time with her two daughters at her dream home in Colorado, while Marian values the time she has with her husband and son at their home in Hawaii.
“Best of all, we know our work has helped so many people, and we have been the inspiration for other people to start their own business,” adds Gail.
Gail and Marian have been able to share their business with other women who want to balance work and family life, while achieving personal and professional success.
“There is nothing like helping people accomplish their goals. To be able to do what you want in life and share that with others - you become an important part of their business success and that makes it worthwhile,” says Gail.*
